How to Apply

The application to request an Approved Audit Service Provider and receive a certificate must be submitted to the MGA via the licensee portal and selecting ‘Audit Service Provider’ option from the ‘Online Services’ menu.

The form will request information from the applicant applying for the Audit Service Provider Certificate. The applicant must also liaise with any involved personnel requiring the MGA’s approval, such as persons Responsible for System/Compliance Audits, Lead Auditors, and Other personnel within the team so that such personnel fill the ‘Personal Declaration Form’ personally.

In addition, the Enclosures step requires the applicant to submit a number of documents, policies, and procedures to be uploaded as per the documents outlined in the revised ‘Audit Service Provider Policy’.

The licensee portal also allows applicants to start the application, save the process at any point of application, and continue at a later date.
