- Gaming Authorization and Licensing We have a licensing regime that aims to provide assurance that only operators who meet strict requirements are allowed to enter the market. Several types of licenses are available to cover different forms of gaming, including online casinos, sports betting and lottery operators.
- Consumer Protection To protect players' money and personal data, we require operators to have systems in place. We also need operators to take steps to detect and prevent problem gambling.
- Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance The AML Act places strong anti-money laundering requirements on operators to prevent illegal financial activities. An effective AML program must be carried out by all licensed operators to make sure that their operations are in full compliance with international financial law.
