License Renewal Process
Malta gaming licenses are valid for 5 years. To guarantee uninterrupted operation, the licensee must start the renewal process at least 60 days before the expiry date. Renewal involves several steps:
STEP 1
Submit A Renewal Application
- Submit the application through the MGA online portal.
- Renewal documentation must include.
Financial and operational reports from previous years.
Corporate structure update (if applicable).
Details of compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements and other legal obligations.
STEP 2
