License Renewal Process

Malta gaming licenses are valid for 5 years. To guarantee uninterrupted operation, the licensee must start the renewal process at least 60 days before the expiry date. Renewal involves several steps:

STEP 1

Submit A Renewal Application

  • Submit the application through the MGA online portal.
  • Renewal documentation must include.

  • Starting at €5,000 per year and up to €600,000per year, calculated on a monthly basis based on revenue.
